WHAT IS ACID HYALURONIC INJECTIONS?
Hyaluronic acid was discovered by researchers Karl Meyer and John Palmer in 1934.
This extraordinary moisturizing agent is abundant in our body: it is a major component of the extracellular matrix of which the skin is the main reservoir, but it is also found in the joints and in lower concentrations in the blood and synovial fluid.
It is a heavy molecule capable of retaining a quantity of water greater than a thousand times its weight.
As the years go by, the body produces less and less and its quality decreases.
The skin becomes dry and fine lines and then wrinkles appear.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HYALURONIC ACID?
Reproduced by biosynthesis, hyaluronic acid is not of animal origin and is not species-specific.
Our body naturally produces hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid used in aesthetic medicine, even if it is synthetic, is not recognized as a foreign body and integrates perfectly into the skin. Allergies to hyaluronic acid are extremely rare.
This product is 100% biodegradable.

Injected into the dermis, hyaluronic acid helps reduce wrinkles and smooth negative facial expressions. Involved in moisturizing and fixing water in the body, hyaluronic acid placed in the groove to be corrected will fill in the wrinkle, restoring this "full" side of the skin and blurring it.
HOW DO HYALURONIC ACID INJECTIONS WORK?
All treatments are carried out after meticulous make-up removal and careful asepsis. The injections are made with highly documented hyaluronic acids from the 2 world leaders in the sector (Allergan and Galderma). Hyaluronic acid formulations are combined with a local anesthetic (lidocaine) that provides optimal comfort during injection.
WHEN TO EXPECT RESULTS AFTER WRINKLE FILLER INJECTIONS?
Follow-ups are simple, results are immediate, and the day continues in style. Occasionally a bruise may occur, but it will be hidden under the beige makeup it covers.
In most cases, cosmetic results will gradually improve over about 15 days to 3 weeks after the injections, once the hyaluronic acid has hydrated well under the skin.
This treatment can be combined with Botox® to correct negative expression lines in the eyes.
